Step Motor wiring

I have a 1990 Newmar Kountry Star that has had the wiring pulled from the motors junction box of the automatic steps. The model is a Super Step II by ae systems. But I cant find any info on it. If anyone has basic wiring diagrams or if you have the same system. I just need a photo of inside the junction box so I can rewiring them back in. The motor works fine and the steps dont bind so hopefully just a simple rewire.

Alex

Welcome Awong50 to irv2.
Here is a link for one mfg's step wiring connections and down on page #10 for another mfg's wiring for their steps.
The wiring is similar in both systems maybe between the two it will give you enough information to wire yours.

those diagrams are for the kwikee steps which isn't the same wiring. i found a picture of a lower model (super step I) and on the motor housing you can see that there are three wires going in and one coming out to the light. I guess if I cant find a diagram or a inside pic I'm just going to have to experiment with the connections till i find one that works.

One will be ground when attached to body frame either directly or with a ground strap.
Your battery would work from switch on your screen door or near door to lock open when parked and maybe a lead from your brake pedal switch to close steps when starting engine.
Both the Kwikee & Stromburg Calson pdf's look similar as far as wiring goes only reason I thought you could match up your leads.
