Temp. when the declutching fan kicks in.

I will be replacing my declutching unit on the fan for the second time since I've owned this rig. It seems to me when I first replaced the second clutch, it did not kick in until 195 degrees. After I had the radiator recored my temps stabilized at 180 degrees but then the fan started kicking in just a bit over 180 degrees and then shut off just under 180 degrees. So if it over 80 degrees outside the fan is more on than off. The fan bearings are starting to make noise so I figured it's time to replace, So the question is what is the temp of your fluid when the fan kicks in. Also I will be going with an OEM clutch.

When I say fluid I mean the radiator fluid.

I'm not really sure, but I'd say it's right around 195. I remember reading something somewhere that said they cycle out @ 170 degrees or something like that.
