thoughts and opinions on a 1986 Lazy Daze

here's the listing

23 foot Motorhome LazyDaze 1986

we took a look at it tonight, here are my thoughts

she might take $3500

paint is chipping around windows,

the front window where the overhang bed is has a long crack across across the whole length - seller says it doesn't leak

2 windows have what look like bullet holes, could be just bb shots

inside condition looks good, AC doesn't work, lady says she uses the swamp cooler while driving

one the ceiling fans is coming apart and another is missing (she has the part)

rear tire cover is missing

tires were bought brand new 3 yrs ago and hasn't been driven much, 33k original miles

title has a lien, she said she didn't know it did -- the title story was a little sketchy

i liked the layout, bathroom in rear with a couch next to it

thoughts?
