Terry - I wish I was free so I could come up and spend some time helping you wrap that thing up. Still not done with the S&B and Patty would divorce me if I took off to help someone else that wasn't in dire need. Really wanting to see you get out there and use the darn thing. I haven't tinkered with anything with wheels on it since last year and it's killing me.

Bill - I agree with Terry, start a thread (like he did) and folks will chime in with all manor of advice and parts sources. This is a great community filled with awesome folks. Some of them have mad skills. Make sure you stop by CLAC (Can't Leave it Alone Club) and put in a link to your thread. There is an amazing collection of folks over there that could build a rocket to the moon if so inclined.

Hi Jay, thanks for the offer, It sounds like you have your hands full getting everything fixed up and starting up your other projects. Half the fun of getting to use this TH is in the building of it, and we are having fun . Have a great day

Terry,
Yep, you can see the outline, that's why I will have them painted back on, the nose is too big to just be white with nothing on it.
Sitting in Savannah, just finished dinner and a beer, left about 8:20 this morning and got in a little before 2. So 5 1/2 hours, right at 300 miles. Ran into 1 slowdown on I95 where they had the left lane closed for construction, then of course there was a rear end crash, but we just putted along between 10 and 20 mph and things cleared right up, so we didn't have to stop. That and 1 pit stop and all is good. DW is reading info to see what we are going to do tomorrow.

Yeppers Terry, but it is like leaving home. Nice little park here in Savannah. Only about 35 sites, no pool or anything sitting on grass, but full hookups and it is family run by really nice friendly people. DW says we are going on the casino boat tomorrow so I have my day planned(I don't gamble, except maybe $10 in slots). It is supposed to be beautiful all weekend, so I will go on the upper deck and enjoy the water and the cruise.
Later All,
Frank

Good Morning All, Frank, I like to go on the short cruses, there is some up in the Thousand Islands that are nice. Weather here is absolutely wonderful days in the 70's nights a little chilly with middle 30's but we will take it. Got the motorcycles out of storage last night, rolled them into the TH'ers garage, will take some pics before taking them out, it's tight inside but doable, ((thank goodness) have to work on positioning and tie downs. Servicing the bikes today, changing the battery in mine its getting a little weak, and my engine has a bunch of compression and I didn't machine the heads for releases. Need another cup of joe catch all later. Have a great day.

Terry,

Must have been exciting to get the bikes out. First of all, you know you will be on them soon and then to get them in the garage of the TH and have them fit! Priceless as the saying goes. Great job, look forward to seeing the pics.

bap,
Wish you had said that earlier, we already made all our reservations or we would have stopped by on the way north. I have a lot of decals that need removed and then painted on. Oh well, maybe next year, lol.
Terry,
Looks great with the bikes in there. Even better than the ones that you can buy. You really need to be proud of what you have accomplished with the TH. I would imagine that you have inspired a few on here to tackle bigger projects than they normally would have.
