Starting to look a little like home in there! Keep it up and you'll be camping by the fourth of July!

Terry, in the last pic, is the cabinet over the door to the garage? And if so, how tall is the opening? I can see some serious head banging going on for me at 6'3" tall ! Hahahahaha!!
Looking very good, and it is coming together very fast now!
Rail!

Good Morning, Randy, that would be real nice if it was done by the 4th of July, if I can keep going it should be? Rail, Yup, that cabinet is over the door to the garage, and you better duck . I'm 6' 1" and I don't have to duck but my son is 6'3" and he has to. We looked at alot of new TH and there were several that had beds in the cabin area over the door and some of those I had to duck so we figured doing this wasn't going to be too bad, and we need the storage. Have a great day all.

I hope that you can get it at least useable by the 4th of July, that ia a little over a month away. I know that house stuff and yard mowing is going to start with a vengeance shortly, but if you keep your nose to the grindstone, it is a realistic goal.

Hi Frank, yes the lawn mowing ect. has started we could mow right now twice a week, and we have a huge lawn, but we share working outside really well Eleanor doesn't mind mowing or doing anything really. When I get a chance I jump on for a few, its kinda a juggling act around here, with building the TH. Talk about building I gotta go, take care.

Loving the pictures Terry!
Been a little busy to post up here, but I am reading the progress every morning.

Harvey Riding neighbor just left the neighborhood as I was typing. He must have the day off. He works graveyard shift and is usually going home this time if the morning.

Anyway, are the cabinet already built or are you making them firm scratch? They look good if they are used. Is that a hot tub?

I have a tub and shower combo in my MH but the tub part is more for children than adults. It's little !
I don't think I could get out of it if I sat down in it for a bath.
Good progress and fast!
I'm impressed.

Hi Curtis, I would say you been quite busy, with the weather and getting Lynne and Jerry going. I pulled the cabinets from the donor FW, I have to go thru them and repair what broke from getting them out. The tub is very small really just something to stand in when showering, you'd need a lift to get me out if I tried to sit down . Take care see ya.

Yea, we're waiting on our new friends to get up!

They're probably awake, but since they are gracious enough to let us keep them up LATE, every night, we thought they could get part of the morning to themselves.

We are going to be having eggs and waffles this morning before they leave. So I've got to go in the kitchen and help get the waffle mix whipped up.

By the time you get here we should have the RV parking spots graveled in better. It got muddy here with this flood, and we had to put Lynne's Coach in the driveway because the parking area, now mud, wouldn't support the stabilizer jacks. Poor little pea gravel just sank right in!!!!

Morning All;
I expect Terry will progress at a reasonable rate and have all of the important stuff done in time for the July 4 weekend.

Curtis - If you are having some issues with stabilizing the parking spots you could consider some geotextile under the gravel. It really helps to firm things up and may be cheaper than hauling in a lot of gravel. Pea gravel does not have a lot of strength, for that you need crushed gravel. I really like 3/4" crush.

rebuild

Good Afternoon, Curtis, Eggs, waffles or French toast and bacon is our Sunday breakfast, always look forward to it. By the looks of it on the weather channels your lucky its only muddy down there. Gordon, what I use here for my driveway is what they call crusher run packs right in. Bill, sounds like you didn't miss anything by being gone. I finished up the cabinet over the water system, it will be a settee Eleanor is going to upholster the plywood top.
