Terry,
A couple more checks off your list. Great job as usual. with the 2 pantries, you will have plenty of food storage .

Good Morning, Hi Frank, the two pantries will come in handy, being only one or two items deep we can find what we are looking for. Doing a bunch of small things again today, we had some hard rain here in the last couple of days and noticed a leak in on of the windows . I pulled it this morning, there was a couple of issues, one I didn't pull a screw that was put in for the siding before the windows where put in so it couldn't get pulled up tight against the side. the second was the gasket for the Emergency window was shot, I had one so I cleaned it up and replaced it then reinstalled the window, should take care of it. If you look close you can see the gaps.

Hi Frank, yes, I've been checking every time it rains for months to make sure nothing leaks. Today I finished putting the clearance lights on, drilled the hole for the toilet . made trim for the bathroom door, and a bunch of other stuff, just little stuff that has to be done. Have a great night all.

They are called full extension drawer slides. Available at Home Depot BTW. IKEA has some nice ones too. Available in normal and softclose. Model # T46322G20 has a 100lb/pair rating.
The TH is really coming together Terry. Very impressed with the progress, especially for a cripple you might very well be out on the road before I am.
Well done sir.

Hi Jay, Thanks for the tip on the drawer slides, I go to Home Depot ALOT, so will ck them out. Not sure how soon I'll be out there, there seems like an endless stream of things to do. As soon as the TH is done I need to start on the truck .

Terry - when I built the drawer slides for our pantry I used under drawer slides rather than on the side. Gives a wider drawer - down side is you have to put in a shelf to mount the slide. In our case the shelves were already installed.

Good Morning, Gordon, with a drawer that is 40" tall wouldn't the top go back and forth if you put the slides on the bottom? or just make the confines of the box close and don't worry about it. Working on electric today, installing the transfer switch.

Terry,
The one that I did had the bottom slide also, but there was already shelves there. Just made a box to fit the space and mounted the slide on the shelf. If you don't have the shelf, then I would probably use the side slides. Are you going to make ore than 1 drawer?
Frank

Hi Frank, right now there is nothing there, its where there will be a wall so I figured to make use. its only going to be one pull out unit with several shelves, kinda like the one in the pic only not so big.

Hit Strapworks.com for your cargo netting/webbing/hardware.
Order Straps, Buckles, Webbing, Tie-Downs | Strapworks.com
I'd put d-rings in the top of the wall and matching ones above in the ceiling and use cam buckles which can be cinched tight and don't loosen with vibration.
Thread a strap through the d-ring and have it land on a matching cam buckle on the net rather than using j-hooks. J-hooks always seem to bounce free!
If you or Eleanor aren't up for the custom sewing project, I'd be happy to help.

I like that idea!!

I've done these in S&B's but never an RV. You can use slides on the top and the bottom to stabilize both, keep the unit on track and aligned.

Thanks for the link MT, it's in my favs, that's a good idea. Jay, I've never built one of these, I was going with the slides on the side, do I need them on the top or bottom also ? I was thinking maybe a nylon pad of sorts to keep it from bouncing on the slides.
