Happy Fathers Day All,
Terry, too many years on the fire department just can't leave some of those things unsaid.
Mike, welcome to the thread, also check out Goodmorning thread, most of us are on there also, we didn't know one another before coming on these 2 threads, now we are almost like family and look out for one another the best we can.
Frank

Good Morning, Sunshine today . getting out and working the list. Frank, thanks for the reminder, you can't be too safe when working on some of this stuff. I need to buy new smoke alarms and CO detectors, I have a propane detector already. Have a great day all.

Good Morning Terry,
Propane detector on the floor, CO detector about eye level and smoke detector on the ceiling, just as a reminder. Sun is shining today here too, supposed to be a beautiful day, Going to play a round of golf this morning, then see what kind of trouble I can get into after that. My electric dump valves are supposed to be here tomorrow, so I will put in the grey and galley ones if it is not raining, the black valve will have to wait until I dump again in a couple weeks.

Don't know if you have figured out the inside panel of your garage door, but at Costco they sometimes have in sale rubber floor mats that goes on the cement floor of a garage and they are light grey and very nice looking, they have the same pattern as the aluminium strips you have one the floor on each side of the garage, i think it's worth looking into it.

Hi Frank, Mike, Frank, thanks for the info on the CO detector I knew the Propane was heavy so the unit had to be on the floor, but wasn't sure on the CO. Good luck on changing out the valves looks like it could be a sh_ _ty job . Mike, thanks for the info, but I already have a black rubber diamond plate mat on the ramp, the gray would have looked nice through. The refrigerator is being delivered by Pilot Air on Wednesday . I can have it installed by Friday . The major items to install yet are the black and grey tanks, new tub and sink in the bathroom, and build the new battery bank and propane holders in the front of course they will be separate areas three in fact the other area is the control center for the solar, Inverter, controller ect. oh ya I need to build the bed frame .

If it was my rig , I'd put 1 CO det. next to the headboard in the bedroom and another back in or by the toy box. Smoke in the toy box and bedroom too. Propane as you said near the floor in the area of the most propane pipes .,,.,,..kitchen ?

Rebuild
Good Afternoon, Popeye, That sounds like its a good idea . I worked on the bedroom area today, roughed in the closet and the box for the pull out pantry. We are under a tornado/severe thunderstorm warning tomorrow so not sure what I'll get done.

OOOOOO , Nice BIG closet !
That and the area in the nose will give you plenty of storage space .
More under the bed ? Of course your bedroom is almost the size of my whole camper !
The pantry cab framing looks sizable too !
Severe storm front supposed to come through here tomorrow too.
They just said if there is enough sun to destabilize the atmosphere , we'll get nailed ----heavy rain , high wind , possible hail and maybe the spinny stuff too. Hope no heavy branches find my roof , it is just barely holding out the water as it is !!
I'll be in the boathouse in rainy day mode..(THAT roof has lots of visible points of light shining through . It's a REALLY old log cabin).
I'll be playing non stop kiddie videos !!!! With free popcorn too ,,,,,hey , somebody's got to do it !
That will give me a break after what I DID today ,spent almost all day bailing out boats by hand with a cut off gallon jug. I set up the kid on the afternoon shift to scrub out the outboard boats. ..( 7x 12' aluminums).I already did all the kayaks.
Wednesday , I'm off so won't have to bail again till maybe next week.
I suspect Curtis might be sending us his leftover tropical depression???

Good Morning, Popeye Thanks!, the bed will lift so there will be storage under. The weather here sounds very similar to yours, not raining here yet, now maybe late morning or afternoon. Sounds like you are having fun at your summer job . Its kinda like Christmas here, I can hardly wait for tomorrow for my Refrigerator , a big area will be done. Have a great day all.

Terry,
It is really coming together, I see that Eleanor has been busy with her handywork on the walls in the bedroom. It didn't storm here till around 6 last evening, and just finished up another round this morning.
Stay dry popeye.
Frank

Hi Frank, It is especially when I think how this all started, just a few major items and alot of trim, I think the trim is a major item when looked at all at once, luckily I can do it at my leisure. Yup, Eleanor has been busy painting, trying to keep up when she can, Not quite sure what we are doing in the bathroom yet she has not revealed that yet. I am looking at doors now for the closet and bedroom, haven't found anything that tickles my fancy yet.

Looking great Terry and Eleanor. You probably have done this but you sure need to have insurance in place on this trailer. Some kind of agreed value thing. I am in that kind of situation with my old towed, the 1998 Honda CRV. It is also my daily driver. With my insurance, it might be worth 2 grand but replacement for me would be around 5 grand. Just another suggestion.

Hi Ron, Actually we don't have insurance on it yet, I have thought about it before we take off, and need to talk with my insurance agent, I hope I can get somewhere near what its worth, I might have to take it to get it appraised? something to look into through.

Terry,
I just talked to my agent, in fact just a few minutes ago, and I have towing for the trailer and because I don't have a place no renters or homeowners insurance to cover the contents, just added contents coverage. I also have separate coverage on the trailer due to the cost of the trailer being above what the TV covers.
