Good Morning, Frank, I think if I try the paint I'll probley still replace the tub, I'm kinda nuts like that. It is getting closer every day . This weekend for a test run to the Cat Scale. Lloyd, sorry I just don't think I could get into a red tub . Ron, Oooh Noooo. Putting the last of the E Track in today , the garage will be ready to test run with the bikes in and tied down, should be able to start the bathroom cabinet today.

Ok Guys, Bap, I have to seriously worry about you . Got the rest of the E Track in. And I have more news the truck pictured hopefully will end up as my new TV, 1997 4700 International DT 466E this truck had from the factory Cruise, AC, Intermittent wipers and a new motor in 2007 it hasn't had the best of care so it will need some work but the price reflects that, 1700.00 cash and I drive away, it came from the co. next to where my son works so they know the history of the truck. The bed is over 28' long so lots of options for putting a hauler bed and possible super long sleeper with all amenities. Oh and two fuel tanks

You guys are still giving mee a rolling on the floor laugh.
Terry, the E-track looks good. Nice find on the truck, you can always cut a section out of the middle of the frame and shorten it to the length that suits you best. Of course, you still need the air ride to install.
Oh, another project, how does Eleanor feel about that?
Frank

Good Evening, Bap it sure does. Popeye, now orange I might consider..........Naaaaa. I've always had a knack for finding stuff, of course some of it shoulda been left where it was . I've had my feelers out for a truck or truck parts for awhile now, and I have quite a network of guys that are always looking for stuff for themselves and others. Frank, as it stands right now its waaay too long, I have a nice 10' fiberglass truck body setting here just waiting to be put on something and made into an oversize sleeper/camper. then put the 5th wheel behind that, kinda like those overnight delivery trucks, that have those huge sleepers on'em. That's one option, with a truck like that its wide open, course I could just put a small sleeper and shorten the frame. we'll see. Eleanor's so used to me dragging stuff home she's okay with it. Should be able to take it to the scales on Sunday .

Hi Terry;
The new truck looks like it has a lot of potential. It is well equipped for what you are looking for (I think). It would look good with a long sleeper and if you left about 10 feet at the back you could load the bikes when the TH was not attached and use the truck as a toyhauler/accommodation. That would leave about 18 of living space which would be great for casual travel.
This will be another great project.
Now about the tub!!! Let Eleanor pick the color.

Good Afternoon, Gordon, welcome back glad you had a good trip . I couldn't let that truck slip by even if I didn't use it was a good deal. Your right it has many ways to configure, I'll have to think about it. The tub.......Eleanor has the last word, thank goodness . Finishing up some more small things today, Cat Scale TOMORROW . I'll try to get dash cam video, Eleanor will be following.

Terry,
Have you thought about having Eleanor doing some of her special paint techniques on that tub? Maybe black, orange, and white stripes?
Whatever you choose, it will look fine. Getting closer and closer. Almost there. This is going to be so much fun for you guys.
Next project in the drive. Yep, this thread will not end. Lynne
