Popeye,,,, at one time I was thinking about getting one of those, and dropping a junkyard powerstroke diesel in it. They are nice units. New paint, a few new appliances and you would have a cool inexpensive RV. That one looks to be in good shape.

Popeye,
That is a great looking rig, I agree with Gordon and Lloyd. You have a lot of thinking to do now.
Tim,
I agree with the others, I would make sure there are no problems with the wires, and that there are no bare wires to arc or short out. One of those better safe than sorry times.

Good Morning, Waiting right now to see if people show to buy the Cornfield Caddy, always a crap shoot if people do what they say . No reason to keep it and can recycle the cash into the Tot'r . Stay Tuned

Good luck with the Caddy. Hope it goes for a good price.

Or not. Going to put a lot of pressure on to get the Tot'r road ready for the party at Jay's. I think the first party will be the one to attend.

Gordon, First guy, going to use as a spare sander, (after a body install) he is interested but has to see if he can get a pump to run sander for the engine. We'll see, never get excited, because I can always use the truck as something or rebuild it into something else, I was thinking of building a look alike International CXT, if you haven't seen one Google it, they are really neat. Putting together the Tot'r will be "easy", mechanicals I can do without alot of fanfare, mount the body then I can figure the 5th wheel and toter body, then it could be run without the inside of the camper body being built.

CXT is pretty impressive. Little large for going to the corner store for milk, but you could get all the milk you wanted!! LOL

Yup the inside of the body could be pretty much empty. Throw in a couch or the like and you would be good to go.

Terry,
Good luck on getting rid of the cornfield caddy. The CXT is a good idea, but it will take away time to get the tot'r done. We are already in the countdown (haha). Glad that the weather is warming up, I told you that I sent some of the heat up north.
Jay,
We are also looking forward to the Independence day party.

Frank

Good Morning, Gordon, I have liked those (CXT) ever since they came out, but are way out of my price range. Frank, I agree it would be a distraction from the main goal, I'll have to find a countdown clock, not for retirement but for the 4th of July!! . Keep me on track. Have a Great Day All. Oh forgot to thank Frank for the warm weather keep it coming

Good afternoon, Got a chance today to pull the van up to the building/destruction area. Now I can start pulling the body off . The engine in the van only has less than 30,000 so will be put aside for another project that is setting off to the side. Stay Tuned.

Terry - I think the van will look good on Tot'r. The rounded corners and inset clearance lights are great.

Terry, I second Gordon's comment, and do I see a translucent roof?? Had two of those in the logistic trailers I used to own, Really nice, bright inside, just have to keep the side's sealed, ( Dicor ) As they age thou, they yellow and become porous, and would be hard to heat and cool? Just my experience with them, as I did not stay in the trailer very long, just load and unload Rail!
