Hi Ron, Yup it sure would, Buuut........I don't have them . and want to get the body on, if I had it inside I would wait until I had everything. so I'll do it the hard way, keeps me in practice . Welding up what I've got laid out now.

Awesome progress Terry you are a craftsman. I do a little welding and blacksmith work...well did do and will again soon as I get the leukemia behind me...just wondering from the rear of the cab to the end of the box what is the length and then from the end of the box to the end of the frame what is the length...reason I as is I was wondering if you were going to build a deck/bed where you would mount your hitch for the the TH ....that way you could remove the hitch while camping and have a porch/patio if ya wanted...kinda cool I thought

Hi MK, good to hear from you, the box is 12 ft. 6", from the end of the box to the end of the frame is approx. 6 ft. we are inclosing below the box on the sides and building a bed on the back of the Tot'r, there should be around 4' of deck. Not sure that I could take the air 5th wheel off easily . Thanks for the kudos!

Terry,
Glad that the weather is nice, as the old saying goes, "You are making hay while the sun shines." Hope the weather hold out for you till you get the body atached.

Good Afternoon! Took a break to catch my breath, the weather here is sooo nice 70* here and full sun, and I'm trying to take full advantage. Went to Home Depot this morning and picked up the plywood for the floor, (tongue and groove) and the self tapping screws to put it down with. once the side mounts are welded on and the floor screwed down I am ready for a body . maybe tomorrow

Terry are you going to mount the van on the Tot'r and work or fit the van and then take the van off to work on the ground?

Hi Gordon, I'm going to leave it on the Tot'r once it's on, I will concentrate on closing it in, then see if I can work on it this winter, we'll see. Got the side mounts welded on and the deck screwed down. we are ready to mount the body, still need to do a little cleanup on the inside of the body where the side mounts go, maybe an hour.

Looking good. I get a couple of days behind and Terry pushes the turbo button and gets a ton of stuff done.

Terry, I was joking (mostly) about the next project but a small workshop would be nice while on the road. I have 5-7 yrs before I retire so maybe I will build something like that.

Hi George, I figured it was a tongue in cheek thought, but something like that has been mentioned before......hey you never know where seemingly crazy ideas lead

That will work well. Once you get it mounted and some insulation it will be easy to heat.

I would try to hoard it in directly in front of the shop door and use the shop heat when necessary to facilitate installation of windows, etc.

Not very practical if you plan on using the shop (door) for anything else.

Good Morning, Gordon, unfortunately I can't tie up the door on my garage, the Tot'r stretches across the driveway. Popeye, you'll do anything to get your MH fixed up . Lloyd, It better be, I'm getting too old for this. Well getting ready to put the body on.
