Terry, I would add that external TV jack just for the resale value of having it installed. As well as campground cable the jack can also be used for satellite TV dish on free standing stand & receiver up by the TV. An old camera tripod is what I will be mounting one to. Then will be taking the directv receiver from home.

Satellite TV

Well this is my first time posting on this awesome thread!!! I look forward in reading everything you have done HH on a daily basis and also all the great ideas from others.

Speaking of TV not sure who has used the Tailgater by Dish but it works AWESOME if you don't want to deal with dish and tripod or want anything fixed to the top for Satellite. I found one on Craigslist to use with my Seahawk Tailgater Rig.

This is what I will be redoing after the football season is completed. Found this on Craigslist for $2k with 454 and 54000 miles

Bap, you and Terry, and my son would hit it off for sure! He goes to the Trucks Gone Wild, events, and has a ball! He got most of my stuff when I left for Thailand including my old 1966 Chevy 1/2 ton short bed, 350/350hp, we just subframed it with a 76 firebird front clip, and the rearend too! Terry, the frame and hangers are looking good! Bet you will be glad to get them in, (the axel's), and the tires on, and finally get to hook up and get some of your questions answered on how it is going to look, the ride height, and how the ramp is going to work!! We are all in suspense too!!! Can't wait to see it!!! Rail!

Good Morning Rail, Or should I say good afternoon, My son also will benefit when we decide to start traveling, we are not going to sell our property but will just have him live/watch, of course he will have access to the shop ect. He is a mechanic now so why not. Yes I will be very glad to get the axles in, and find out if my calculations were correct . Whenever I build I get excited, thats what keeps me doing it. .

Morning Bap, They are calling this storm a Nor'easter, good thing its above freezing or this would be a foot of snow , sure is alot of rain, supposed to stop by the weekend. Never made it to silver lake, here's a pic of the sandrail its a little fuzzy I took a picture of a picture. That was 25 yrs ago, seems like yesterday. I know what you mean about all the things we did when young, now in order to ride bikes I strap up in a back support, and take Tylenol, just to ride a few hrs, if I only knew I was going to live soo long, LOL.

Been raining over here too,, but at least it is warm!! Terry, I used to go to the sand drags outside of Phoenix back in the 70's. They would hold them at the river bottom west of town! Saw a AA top fuel dragster, blown hemi, with dual paddle wheels run! Wow!! Sand 1/4 mi in the air! I have many pic's, but they are at my son's house in Il. I will get them when I go there next spring! There were many jeep's like yours, it sure was a blast! Rail!

Good Morning, Rail, it was scary at times, loose sand, limited ability to steer once you pulled the trigger and over 100mph all while trying to beat the other guy, still gives me goose bumps . Well I got all my tires, all the axle parts ....Except the spring mounts, they should be (fingers crossed) coming UPS today. The hangers are welded ready to install, big push on saturday, weather is supposed to be nice, so here we go.

Morning Bap, the body is a fiberglass replica of a willys jeep, to work on anything the whole body was one piece just unhook and lift it up. Still raining this AM, supposed to stop, so I just started getting ready doing things in the shop, packing bearings ect.
