HH, I'm glad to hear your getting a new (to you) MH. I would be glad to come and help, but I think I might still be working on mine, be a heck of a shake down cruise, 1300 miles or so. Temps here are 50 degs today so installing the cable TV hookup on the side. Clearance lights should be here tomorrow, if the weather holds I'll install some of them. The storm in Buffalo,NY has slowed UPS (so they say) so we still haven't received the ceiling material.

Initial inspection I found some water damage under the fire exit window but don't know how serious it is.

HH, kinda hard to tell, but it doesn't look too bad, you might be able to take the panel below the window off to see, without any damage to the panel, ether way you probably will need to take the window out to reseal, and you might be able to tell then.

It would be interesting to get a "house warming" organized with everyone from the thread when the renovations are done.

Right now Hawaii sounds real good, what route do you take? Is that the Pacific Highway?

Well UPS finally came thru, ceiling material and material for the window cornice's came in, DW has most of the cornice's done allready, I'll get some pics tomorrow. The clearance lights came in (nice LED ones), almost like Christmas here with all the parts coming in. Almost have all the pieces to finish the garage area.
