We had an inch of the white stuff yesterday and almost 2 inchs of rain the day before.

It is supposed to be 78 on Monday.

Only signs of spring in up sate NY (traditionally April is the second snowiest month of the year here).

Glenn

It snowed here Thursday, warmed over night a bit, no snow on the ground Friday morning and then it got to 54* and sunny and today it is sunny and 70.

I give up, it is going to do whatever it wants to do but I love the warmer,

We didn't see any freezing, but it was 40° yesterday morning, but then it went to the mid 70's. Terry, did your Grandaughter get the package from Rita? Hope that you can get going on the Tot'r soon.

Looks like there is progress in the "summer coming" department. I have done a walk around the property and noting the tasks to be done. Soon will start getting stuff out of storage so I can get the bagger out. Neighbors trees still had leaves on when we left last fall. Now many are laying on the lawn. Will pick them up once the surface is dry enough.

Looking forward to the commencement of Tot'r construction in the near future.

Terry,
Eleanor text pics and a note to Rita yesterday. We were worried that the package hadn't gotten there. Hope that the better weather hits your area soon, I am sure that you sre biting at the bit to get back to work and not pushing that nasty white stuff.

Exciting news Terry. With the weather that warm it will not take long for the mud to dry up and the grass to grow. Looking forward to the first progress report.

Good Morning, Bill, my father's "famous" saying was "We gotta get organized" and us kids would be rolling our eyes, now all these years later I understand. Gordon, yes on the grass, , but with the grass comes nice weather, another day close to 80* then back to "normal" temps 50's. Rail, funny you should mention the little greenhouse over the weekend I started to attach it to a small out building for Eleanor to start some plants in.

Bill I feel you on that one. I'm about 3 hours south of you, and my parents have had 2 cars totaled by the hail so far this year, and one was on a drive home from Ft. Worth 2 weeks ago. As i am sitting here typing this... a drop of water fell on my head. I guess when this rain passes I will seal that vent with some flex seal. Weird... its never leaked here before. Oh well... most of us here in Texas have learned not to complain about the rain. I like that greenhouse Terry. Have a great day everyone!
