Hi again, Bap you''ll have to give me the address of that campsite, I can look it up on google earth. Hi Tim, If there is enough room on the door frame you could put a momentary switch so a light would come on, trouble is it goes out when you shut the door. Gotta love those aches and pains, the worst for me are the changes in seasons seems to really give me fits when it changes from cold to warm or vise/versa. I'll be glad when I can just putter in the 5er, that means its done . I got one bedroom window in so far today, putting windows in is getting easier, not sure thats a good thing. Now to the other side.

And here is the other side, all the windows are in, unless DW decides she wants one in the bathroom. Its so dark in the pic because it decided to rain in the middle of cutting the window out.

Terry,

Your new name is going to have to be "Wow Terry" because that is what I think when I see your progress. It's looking great and must be nice from the inside to be able to look outside and to know not too long down the road you will be able to haul it down the road loaded and to wherever you two want to go.

We all see the progress you have made and are excited for you. This has been a great thread to follow.

Thank you, Lynne

IMO a window in the bathroom is good. The natural light is just more pleasing.

With the windows in the bedroom we can see how it will look when finished.

Good Evening, Lynne, Thanks!!, the fact that so many think that what I'm doing is good makes my day for sure. Gordon I have to figure how much room I have and where I can put a window, I agree it would be nice to have the extra light ect. EMD, I will PM you.

I took some pic's today a beauty of a day I might add it was at least +40 today been at least 2 months since we had that, and sunny.
I will post later. I have been looking for a mount for the TV idea I have but no luck so far.
Again I sure like those Vertical windows.
I'm Watching UFC Unleashed Deas against Henderson Boy what a fight.
Talk soon,
Tim

Good Morning, Tim, DW was looking at some 5er's on craigs list, (I know we look all the time), and she saw a couple that had several of those tall skinny windows. Rail, it makes a huge difference inside, it makes the whole TH look bigger and more airy.

Outstanding Terry. Most folks would have taken one look at that rig in the beginning and called the salvage man. Every time I look at your progress I'm more impressed than the last.

Old Car Nut, Thanks! It came close to scrap, but DW and I started looking for TH'ers and just couldn't find what we wanted, so DW said lets do this. And look what she got me into .

Windows job is over....or IS it?
The TH is looking like you'll be taking it out on it's first voyage real soon !
Well , right after mud season anyway !

Well my roof finally thawed out and leaked in 1 extra spot that it didn't before I climbed up to try patching , guess I did more harm than good !

The good news is that it's going to get cold again tonight,,,,,errrrr wait , did I just say getting cold was good news??? arrrrrgggghhhhhh!
I GOTTA get myself to a nice warm desert pronto !

Oh yeah I almost forgot , I haven't used the heater in 2 days !!
Sun only...The guy at the propane place is going to miss me this week !

Hey Popeye, isn't it strange how 10 or so degs warmer makes it feel so much better? Sometimes its two steps back to go one step forward, mark the leak, next time it warms up you can get that one . X2 on the desert.

If you have a roof vent & fan wouldn't that provide enough light for the bathroom?
