Gordon,
That is why I am glad that I don't have a S&B any more, so the only projects that I have are the ones that I do on the 5er or on the TV. Of course by Workamping, I have all the projects that I can handle, lol.
Terry,
I agree with Gordon, even though Eleanor is extremely busy, you need to get out and at least go somewhere close for a couple of weekends and just spend some time smelling the roses, before the weather turns bad and you have to put the TH to hibernation.
Have a great day all,
Frank

I hear you Frank. Only good thing about the S&B is any work I do is for me. And if I do not feel like doing it - I don't. But it will catch up with me tomorrow or the day after. Unless it snows! Then I am in the south. LOL

Good Morning, Frank, we certainly are going to try for sure. Okay, I uploaded a new video on polishing taillights, something that alot of older RV's could use, but I don't know if it's working correctly, (the video) let me know if it works for you guys, Thanks

Terry,
You are getting really good at these videos. What did you do with the black trim that goes around the taillights?
Frank

Hi Frank, Thanks! The trim on these lights is kinda separate, all I had to do was clean the polish off after.

Just finished the headlights on the 99 150. Neighbor was a detailer in an earlier career so he has all of the equipment. I purchased my own equipment and am practicing on the old truck before I get too brave. Made a big difference. The truck is shiner than it has been for a long time. It now has a shiny hiny too. LOL

Another update on the 150. The clear coat is peeling off of the canopy. I thought I would be smart and gently sand the rough edges and then apply another coat of clear. Good in theory but not in practice. Going to have to sand all of the peeled areas and then repaint. Life is a learning experience. Will attempt the canopy but not this year.

Good Evening, Gordon, whats the canopy? I wasn't able to do much on the present projects, no I didn't start another, I was a consultant, a friends son is doing the spark plugs on the late model Ford PU, the one's that break off when you try changing them, and you need a special tool to get them out, (I have the tool), sooo glad I don't do that stuff anymore, I just loan the tools and tell'em how to do it

Truck canopy???
Try: Truck cap
Covers the bed of a pick up truck
Is that what you mean, Gordon?

Good Morning;
Sorry about the nomenclature. Canopy is what we call a truck cap. I have a F150 that is our yard truck. We use it to take garbage to the landfill and I use it to run to the store. I had the cap custom painted and installed when I purchased the truck new in 98. Been a good truck so I am hanging on to it.

Hi Gordon, Thanks for the clarification, it was causing quite a stir . Like MK says the British always made me scratch my head, when working on old cars and bikes and looking at a Manuel written in England oh my Dynamos and such . PU beds and boxes get me up yonder too, I wasn't sure what BoxLiner was at first then I realized it was BedLiner . On the Canopy you need to wet sand it being careful not to go thru the base color then just clear coat it again, easy peasy
