12,300 is that GVWR or GCWR???

Highly likely you'll be overloaded GCWR wise. You are probably already at or above the GVWR with the Brave, fuel, and passengers alone. That's the nature of the RV beast, right up to the limits out of the factory gate.

Turbos and gears and air helper bags won't change weight rating. Weight ratings are based on suspension, braking, chassis components, and other factors. Your main concern (and everyone driving around you) is stopping that load. Sure, it'll pull it. But, you won't stop it very well - especially compounded if you fail to use a supplemental braking system in that truck.

I am looking for manuals for my 1982 Brave 22. I am looking for any manuals to help me out to take care of this. It also has a 4kw Onan onboard generator.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
