Tub replacement w/45 degree corner

Anyone know a supplier for a tub like this. It's for a 86 Triple E. Tub is 24x36 rh drain with 45 degree cutout. The tub surround is cracked too, but I think I can find the material for that at Home Depot.

I would be happy replacing with a shower, but it too would require that 45 on the inside corner.
Thanks
Steve

If all else fails, try a shop that does fiberglass. No doubt they fix and re-gelcoat. If it's plastic, fotget I said anything

It is plastic and pan is cracked. I wouldn't mind if it could be repaired, although replacing with a white one would be my first option.
Thanks for the link. I didn't see exactly what I need' but I'll give them a call. The odd shaped ones are $$$$
