Updated Look

My old coach has a four light setup at each corner in the back. The stacked out side ones are really just side marker/running lights. The bottom inside ones are the brake and turn signal lights and the upper inside ones were the back up lights. The previous owner installed powerful floods under the bumper for the backup circuit. I would like to use the amber lenses for the turn signal lights. Can I just tie in to the wire that is uses for the turn signal light below?

You can, but I'd put an LED in the upper lens so you don't use too much more power for the extra light. You probably have a heavy duty flasher for towing purposes, but you'll know you need to go to LED bulbs if it starts flashing at a different rate.

top bulb was/is single filament and bottom one is two filaments, one for running and the other for brake/turn signal. Has to be that way
