Value of 1968 Aristocrat Land Commander

I may be looking at one if the owner is willing to sell. I will be reaching out to them tomorrow. It's in a storage lot and from the looks of the exterior, the condition is easy 7 out of 10. Until I see the inside, I can't say. I would imagine it may fall in line being that the exterior is so good.

Could not get a look under it, as the skeeters were brutal.

Now the questions:

What's the value if all things pan out to how I've described it.

How much do they weigh

Can it be retrofited with electric brakes without a whole axle swap

Any comments appreciated...

i can tell you they are a well built tt and pull great with about anything you may have to tow with...
make sure you check for good solid floor around all corners and look up at ceiling and in cabnets for any sign of leaks,,,,,take a latter and get up there and check the roof,,and crawl up under it and check frame and other areas for rust and signs of previous damage..---alotr can be told from underneath these old tt,s....
