Having problems with my city water inlet plumbing. When i have city water going into coach with holding tank valve shut or closed water somehow is still getting into holding tank and coming out overflow pipe on the bottom of coach.
Does anyone out there have an idea why this is happening. I don't know if its a bad valve or something else.

I'm assuming you mean the fresh water tank is overflowing. Not a holding tank. If that's the case, my first guess would be water pump. There are check valves within it that are supposed to keep that from happening. Could be a piece of crud preventing a good seal, or it might be in need of a rebuild or replacement.
