No. The tanks are up in the underbelly behind plastic shields. One pipe comes between the two with one discharge handle

My older 92 HMC had a valve on both sides of the motorhome. Strange you have both signs on one side.

You may want to install one as in most cases you want to empty your black water first and then the grey water to clean the fittings and hoses. I am surprised that there is only one.

Yea I dont know either.... I forgot to ask the previous owner and it shows the tank is 2/3 full but only has one gauge. I wonder if both tanks are connected together and when one fills its goes to the other.

No manual? Take model number and search Internet for manual. If there is a hidden handle somewhere maybe the manual would let you know. Hard to tell by picture but is the valve just behind the outlet or is it by the sign for waste water?

It almost certainly a second valve, but there is only one outlet. There's a Y with a leg leading to each of the valves/tanks not too far upstream from that cap in your picture.

I have seen many trailers with 3 valves.. one is the black valve, one gray and then the two pipes come together and there is a 3rd valve... Have you traced the pipes ALL THE WAY BACK to the tanks.. Sometimes the "primary" valves can be hard to see.

Problem somewhat solved Now all you have to do is fix the handle or replace.

It's an easy job to replace the whole valve. Heck, even I did it.

I would get the metal replacement handles for the broken one and the existing good handle. Any good rv parts store will have or they can be ordered online. Keep the unbroken plastic one for a spare.
