Got a new Microwave and needed to holesaw the cable's hole larger to fit.
Microwave is a little larger than wanted(forgot to measure the width), so now deciding whether to get a smaller one that fits the cubby hole better.

Put some carpet on a wooden step box I made to wipe off shoes and to ease the step-up onto the camper's builtin step.

Took off the fridge door and removed the Luan panel that PO installed and had painted with "chalkboard" paint. Actually a neat idea. Sanded down better to smooth up the surface and recoated w/3 coats of new "chalkboard" paint. Replaced door and now waiting for paint to fully cure and go over with a piece of chalk, dust off and ready to use as a simple shop list, game board of Tic-Tac-Toe or telling the SO where the other, went.

DW cleaned up the interior some.

I replaced the inlet air filter, AC Delco 917. Replaced the filter in the outside water filter. De-winterized the water hose.

I had a leaking skylight so had to order another one. It damaged the inner cherry wood surround to I took it apart and replaced that while I'm waiting for the new skylight to arrive. Here's some picks of the damaged parts and the new with finished install.

1988 Gulfstream HiRise w/ 460 Ford. Just installed a Water/Methanol injection system to control spark knock/Detonation during heavy load conditions. I recently rebuilt the 460 to 10:1cr mid performance 400-450 hp specification platform. I took advantage of no longer being required to pass smog testing in my home state. The original engine put out around 160-180 hp and just fell flat on it's face in the mountains.
Next up: Just got delivery of two new Samson GL283A 8R:19.5 tires for the front of the MH.

Got the stuff I needed to add rearview cameras on the left, and right side.
Could not figure where to put them, and then I had an idea to put them in the mirror arm,
A little investigating show it would be an easy job.
I thought i might be able to take the base off, drill a hole through the side, but it already had a hole there for mirror heat, or something. I had to drill out a hole in the bases of the mirror arm to get the camera plugs through.
Other than that, it was quick, and easy.

Nice Job Jerry! I'll be looking to do something like that soon, and it looks like your mirrors are the same as mine. Right now i'm trying to design a small slideout for the bed area as the original 48x75 bed is not going to cut it for my other half, our 3 buddies and I to be getting any real sleep! Working on the MH , finding ways to make it more livable is one of the few pleasures I have now. It's much more fun when you know you have no payments to make on the rig and you can do anything you want to it without getting into debt! Bobby

You said it, I found a 40',1995 Newmar Kountry Aire w/460 , 39,000 miles on it, that was parked at a business. MH sat unattended for 5 years. Owner just wanted it to go to a good home. So he let it go for $2000.00. I've been reconditioning MH for 2 years. It's done and I've completed upgrades ie: banks, 3 camera system, smart converter, led, flat screens, etc., etc, etc. but you couldn't of said it any better, it's paid for! Looking for more upgrades. Thinking about outdoor entertainment.
