I have to show my buddy John this picture. We have both been talking about repainting our units. He may just emulate yours as his is an 89 Brave and very similar looking.

Hey Possum! are these lights able to be used without having to put those large resistors in the circuit? I'm hoping to be able to do this soon but would like to not have such a labor intensive install

Pa Miller... I'd take a wire brush to it on a drill mandrel then either paint it or use an undercoat product from one of the auto stores and spray it well

The ones that I bought you just slip out the 1156 bulbs and replace with the LED units. Nothing special and the whole camper was done in about 20 minutes. I think you were quoting from my post 1619?

Cleared out the drivers overhead of almost all the original electronics including the Magnavox TV and 150watt inverter. Put in a very compact 300 watt inverter wired directly to 12v house. Two 110v outlets and 2 USB ports. Now have to decide what to do with the TV hole since nothing modern comes close. But I did leave the heavy duty frame in place. Any ideas?

I repacked my coach with all my stuff because the people who wanted to buy it couldn't get financing. I'm using it for the summer.

Les et al,

Be advised that the quickest way to the Island is to go west on one and watch for signs telling you about the South Fraser Perimeter Road (HWY 17) and follow it all the way to the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal and head for Duke Point if you want to go up Island or head to Schwartz Bay if you want Victoria and the south end of the Island.

The new road gets you to the Ferry Terminal about an hour quicker than the old ways.

Great news Possum. Just an FYI, we'll (tentatively) be in Vancouver mid August and then Parksville and in Nanaimo last two weeks in August.

Our old TV mount is a big molded plastic thing. We took a favorite framed oil painting that was somewhat larger all the way around than the space we wanted to hide, and hinged it at the bottom of the TV "hole" with a cabinet catch at the top. We store the motorhome registration and insurance papers and some books (bird guides, mountain directory and the like) in there. It looks good, and there is no sign of the old TV mount.

Maybe a mini-C could be in the works but that should be discussed on TOT.

Today I...

completed the water pump install, replaced the radiator, thermostat and hoses, pulled the A/C evaporator, expansion valve and hoses for replacement. Installed a new idler pulley and belts on a 1996 Itasca Sunrise with a F53 Super Duty chassis. Tomorrow I'll continue with the custom A/C system replacement. You can't tell me I don't know how to have fun!

generator running no power to MH

ok I park my MH into plug at the house, I do start it during the months of parking and run for about 15 minutes, also generator the same time.
I took it for a long drive a couple days ago and it was hot as you know what, so I turned on generator while pulled over to get some needed extra air and seems like I have no power to run AC, also my jacks will not power under gen.
they the A/C works fine when pulled in as do the jacks

any idea
