Nothing glamorous today. Caulked some windows, marker lights, etc. with eternabond caulk. Prepped kitchen backsplash and countertop for new surfaces. Plan to put 3M contact paper on backsplash and fake marble laminate on countertops, also in bathroom.
Also painted the rear AC interior cover after fixing a couple cracks in it.
All these little tasks take up a lot of the day, but are worth it.
Hope to get out on a little trip with it soon.

There should be a post from November of last year here that details the most recent pictures, there hasn't been much progress since then up till just recently, and I spent most of a day removing the counter top (which quite literally crumbled in my hands), and a couple of cabinets.
I did get the front wall open and realized I will definitely need to add some additional framing in there so that the load stress of the conversion to corner jacks is properly supported.

Thanks I'll check it out. Truck camper is initially what the admiral and I wanted to purchase. Once we saw how little room we had with the 6' box we decided against it. Wish I had purchased a long bed Dodge 11 years ago.

Evening,
We took ours in for a double pane window repair. Probably going to get the left side windshield replaced too. Waiting for a quote on that still.
Recently put a new control pad and controller on the leveling system. Everything working fine now. Caulked the roof seam. cleaned out area behind fridge, my DH installed a new radio with Bluetooth and we are in the process of replacing the old tube TV with a flat screen.
Looking forward to getting it all done so we can go camping as soon as it warms up.
Lynne

Refurbished the front windshield curtains. They were a sickly green color, used rit dye and now they are a beautiful 'denim' blue color. They look great and match the new curtains that my wife made for the other windows.
Pics coming soon!

Today I changed out the oil sending unit the old one was making the oil fluctuate between 40 and 60 # pressure. While under there I noticed a drip from under the master brake cylinder yep brake fluid. I have a new one on order so looks like I will be doing brakes soon.
Could be worse!

Finally got the updates to the kitchen area finished. Put up new backsplash material (over the old flowery one) and new marble countertops (over the old formica). But you know that it is not real marble. The whole area looks fresh and clean. Slowly but surely getting ready to travel.

I assume you glued the new wall covering over the old? How did you trim out around the windows and other end points?
