95 Bounder recent purchase

I changed out all interior task lighting with LEDs, changed out towel ring in head, installed replacement LED front park lamp bulbs and ordered all new LED exterior clearance lights,

Got new toilet sprayer and replacement seal kit for toilet which doesn't currently hold water.

Removed frozen rusted basement door latch. Ordered 6 new replacement basement door latches.

Purchased tire covers to protect our new tires.

Had area next to garage leveled out to provide space to park coach for storage.

Planned out new circuit for 50/30 amp service for coach while in storage ...shopping list prepared... will require upgrade of garage panel. 30amo for now with capability to upgrade to 50 if and when needed.

What did you do to your old RV today?

Today I replaced a broken bathroom window with a piece of plexiglass. Click image for larger version

Installed tire valve extenders so I don't have to pull the hubcaps off to check the air.
Put an RF countdown timer on master bed TV.
Re organized rear basement.
Checked fluids added window cleaner fluid.
Lubricated jacks and hinges.
Ordered firewall foam to fill holes on firewall.
Fixed dashboard fuse box cover support.

Triple that

Finished my curtain "project", removed low hanging branches dusting the top and sides, eyeballed the need for a new coat of roof stuff, continued to wonder what I was thinking, lol.....

When you do a maintenance coat what do you have to do for prep? I did mine last year as was considering a maintenance coat but was unsure if I have to do the entire prep again or if I can wash it thoroughly and do another coat.

Thanks
Adam

I don't do anything more than wash it down with my car wash. I comes clean so easy, there isn't more needed. Once it dries, I just wipe a coat on. Chuck

basement door latch replacement

Ordered and received replacement basement door latches but upon removal found screws corroded to the aluminum extrusion...what a pain!
Attempted to drill out the broken screw and halfway through then drill bit broke off...now what!

Went ahead and acid etched and repainted and lubricated the replacement basement latches to avoid repeat of corrosion...at least for the next 20 years.

Began changing out clearance lights with LED units...need more info on doing upper roof as I have read some concerns in doing this...something about a bar and losing the wires in the roof etc...any info would be appreciated.

Changing all screws with stainless...

The Journey Begins When you Bring it Home!;-)

If you're asking me, we use Zep High Traffic Floor Finish. The Wet Look Finish works just as well and I'm not sure they aren't the same. Chuck
