Hi Charlie,
I did not take any pictures while I was installing it. However I'm including some of the finished installation. It was quite easy to do. Hook up two wires to the wiring block...one on the top and the other on the bottom (you don't need to worry about the one that says 24VAC in the middle), install the batteries, screw it into the wall, put the face plate in place and set the temperature. Presto chango you're ready to go! I got mine installed in about 10 minutes.

(the one thing you should notice about my pictures is that there is a black wire and a green wire. the directions call for a red and a white wire, which should be coming off your furnace. But the thermostat is nothing more than a switch so (although I'm NO electrician by any means) you really can't hook it up wrong that I can tell.)

Trying to get her ready for summer fun so I installed 3 new batteries in her today.

Next up is a new Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer. I got all the information today and it is going to cost me $430 plus $58 for the installation kit. I'll put that in next month once the snow melts and I can get to the bottom end of the MH.

We're planning on retiring this year and heading down to Waco, Texas for the winter to be with friends so we want the old girl to be in good shape for the road.

Dropped the aux fuel tank for repair, ran new hard lines from fuel pump (stock mechanical at motor). Bought new coil of aluminum tubing and tubing flare tool kit (ABN bubble flare tool from Amazon for $74) last week for this. Works great!

Finished the Convection/Microwave installation, repaired our pocket door that separates the bath area from the rest of the coach (the rollers were worn out), finished rewiring our tow dolly so we can leave Tucson with lights on the 10th, bought and installed a new theater seat (couch), repaired a damaged basement bay door. Phew!

Sumosprings & Steering Damper

Just finished replacing the stock steering damper with a Bilstein unit.
Our old damper was still in good condition. Just wanted to replace the original oil damper with a gas pressurized one. (Pic below)
Bilstein Part# 24-026451

I also installed a pair of rear Sumosprings on our 30' P32 Flair.
The inner (not visible) hard rubber bumper was still good, but the outer hard foam cushion was shot. (Pic below)
As such we did not experience any suspension clunk or bottoming out, before replacement.
Sumospring Part# SSR-290-54

Installed: Compression of the Sumospring measured 5/16" on the driver side and 3/8" on the passenger side. (Pic below)

First impressions:
1) Ride height did not change (seams our leaf springs are in good shape).
2) Noticeably less wiggle in the coach as you walk around.
3) Ride quality is slightly harsher on the big bumps.
4) Cornering is noticeably flatter.
5) Less coach sway pulling in and out of driveways.
5) Reduce coach wiggle from passing cars and trucks (tested sitting in the left turn lane) on our 50 mph expressway, near the house.

Still need to drive down the freeway, on a calm day, to determine how the handling has changed, from passing semis.

Notes: Chassis designation: P31832 - 178" wheel base
Total front axle weight: 4,910 pounds
Total rear axle weight: 8,280 pounds

Got my furnace re-installed after replacing the control board. Replaced the valve as well with an upgraded one. In fact the replacement board for the Suburban SF line is an upgrade in itself. Both parts seem more robust than the originals.

Unfortunately, I find that my connection from the regulator to the starboard tank is leaking. The current regulator is the original, so I'll be replacing that and we'll be good to go.

Yes I don't think he has all of his inventory on line you might need to call
