Just got the defrost fan on passenger side cleaned up and working on our 1991 Beaver Baronet. We have had the MH about a month. The ground was corroded. Also located a huge ancient mouse nest in a compartment above the passenger seat. Wondered where the aroma was coming from. Cleaned that up and will continue search and repair mission. Driver side fan is junk, added to the list of parts to replace as time goes on. Keith

Went out and looked inside it. Ilike to do that a few times over the winter to check for leaks and mice. Noticed the linoleum is bubbling up a little bit by the bathroom. Its ugly anyway. Time to tear up and make a trip to home depot.

What did you do to your old RV today?

Paid the registration for the year. Got it inspected. Didn't need any work. Ordered five new tires from Dunn tire and had them installed. Went to HD and ordered six new 1" aluminum blinds. When I washed the old blinds much of the coating came off after 23yrs. Our 25ft. Hi Lo is ready to go camping. Come on warm weather!!

Last year we bought seven new tires for our 84 Winnebago Chieftain. We had Michelin X-Rib on the rear and some no name brand on the front; all of them were well over seven years old. We went with the Cooper Discoverer HT and we are very pleased. They are quiet and yield a soft, comfortable ride. We have a few thousand miles on them so far and they doin' great. I would buy these again. We bought all seven, mounted and balanced for less than $800 (I think it was $768 out the door).

I also bought the Coopers. E rated and made in the USA. I am very satisfied.

Plus they ride better than the old tires that were on there.

But I did pay more for 6 than Winnebeater paid for 7. Oh well....
