It depends. What is the age and make of your rig?

If your rig has a Chevy engine and dates to the early 1990's or earlier, it has the GM (Chevy) P30/32 chassis.

Motorhomes in the 70's 80's and early 90's were also made on Ford and John Deere chassis, so it depends on what engine you have in there.

After the mid 90s (correct me if I'm wrong, experts) the P30/32 was dropped for the Workhorse chassis.

Not sure exactly but the p30 was still made into the 2000's but under the Workhorse brand. My 2000 is a WH P30.

Wildtoad, I stand corrected. Did not know it was still called the P30 under the WH name.

If you are a "newby" and own a RV on a P30 chassis may I suggest you join the P30 Yahoo Group, they have a great library related to the P30 chassis and their discussions about the P30 and 454 engine are very informative. I spend most of my online time between iRV2 and the P30 chassis group.
