Not sure, but it looks like a High-Low. Guess it's actually spelled hilo trailer.

I don't know what it is, (but it doesn't look like a Hi-Lo to me).
Hi-Lo's "telescope" down for travel/up for use.

The logo on the side makes me think it might be a Carriage.

I remember seeing that emblem on a vintage TT at the RV MH Hall of Fame in Indiana. It's definitely not a Hi-Lo. I'm thinking it might be an early Carriage as John posted. I need to go through my photos from there to find the pic of the TT with that on it.

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

Yes, I see the Carrage emblem after a second look. It does appear to be a telescoping trailer compared to the vehicles in the background and the position of the tongue. Or it's made for a very short person.

Pretty sure it's telescoping. Look at the left hand side of the window. That would appear to be siding on the lower half?

Might make a nice project if you have a use for something like that. Low profile should pull pretty easy.
