I have no idea where to place this in the threads but I am sure someone will let me know if this is not appropriate in this section.
Both of my parents recently passed away, my father 2 years ago @ 53 suddenly, and my mother about 3 weeks ago at 48 from lung cancer. And I am 25 years old trying to figure this out...alone
My mom switched a title to a 65? Zippy? (its a small tin can type camper, may not be over 20') over to her from my fathers name. She didn't know what to do with it at the time and it just sat unattended and uncovered.
Well of course after her passing I opened the door and low and behold there is a lot of water damage to the roof and it is pretty much beyond salvaging. I don't see me being able to sell it to anyone, it was empty when my dad bought it and he built everything inside and it sucks that there is so much damage to the ceiling/roof.
My question is what are my options? If I can't sell it then what the hell do/can I do with it? I tried to look up the topic online and had no luck.
I appreciate any input.
PS: I have the title that is in my mom's name currently and I am the executor of the estate and clerk of courts said to just let them know what I am going to do with it (ie sell it or keep it?), and keep it in her name until then.

Post it on Craigslist as "Free" in the RV section
Somebody will take it - especially since it has a title.

maybe donate it to some organization, there are even some vocational schools that might be able to use for for students to piddle with.
