I own a 1988 Pace Arrow and was wondering what type of roof I have. I am planning on resealing the roof and everything else that might allow water in. Been reading about "how to go about" fixing the problem by resealing the entire roof BUT FIRST I need to know what my roof is made of so that I don't purchase the wrong product to do the job. Anyone have a clue as to what my 1988 Southwind Pace Arrow Class "A" motorhome roof is made out of and if you do then what is the best product for the best price that will do the job?

Yep, as you can most likely tell already...I am new at all of this.

Thanks for reading my post.

Stock would be an aluminum/fiberglass roof, although its possible that it was later fitted with a EPDM membrane. What do you see when you climb up there?

Personally, we used Eternabond tape to seal the edges of vents, C-10 self-leveling sealant in cracks and spots where the tape wasn't useful and coated overall with 2 coats of Snow Seal.

We had very poor results on an earlier motorhome using the "house brand" roof sealant from one of the big box stores, so it was a name-brand for us on this coach.
