WAIT DON'T THROW IT OUT I WANT IT I will buy it.
Dose your MH have a bed up front that pulls down? If so that's what the ladder is for. Ours does and we didn't get one when we bought the MH

It does, but this is attached to the door so couldn't be used for the bed. It's also probably not strong enough for that purpose. However if you want it, you can have it for the cost of shipping.

If its made out of Teak it should hold.
My old boss made one just like yours and used it to get in and out of his Cabin Cruiser on the St. Croix River

It's oak. The rungs are 1" dowels about 9" across, spaced 13" apart. The unit is attached to the door with screws and then the holes were plugged, so it's a pretty sure thing it wasn't designed to move.

But, if anyone wants it, shoot me a message and it's yours for the cost of postage.

Mine has that towel rack, I use it often. Just slip enough through the top to hold, the towel dries out well during the day. Mine also has the magazine rack next to the door step.
