Where can I find the LP Gas tank?

Hello! We are trying to find the LP gas tank in our recently purchased 1993 Fleetwood Coronado 27R motorhome.
We've looked everywhere and can't seem to figure out where to find the gauge! The manual says it is a "chassis installed LP gas tank"
Being new to the RV world and to these fantastic homes on wheels, we can't seem to be able to find it or the gauge
I searched online for any information on Fleetwood Coronados but not much surfaced.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you much!

Federal law requires that the shut off valve be not be behind a locking door so look for the one with no lock.

On our 1993 Fleetwood Coronado 29r, the l.p. tank is located on the passenger side two compartments to the rear of the entry door.

No Federal or DOT LAW..but the NFPA does make that recommendation of propane compartment not being locked.

Regardless.....your propane tank with fill valve, vapor valve and regulator will be located behind one of the outside compartment panels.

Open them all.....or lay down and look under RV for tank location then open that compartment panel

The LP tank is usually located on the pass. side, middle of the MH, mounted to the frame. Look in the compartments, and you should find it. The gauge is on the tank, as with the shut off knob. You may have a remote gauge, or lights, with all your tank levels? Rail!

None of the compartments lock- will be changing the locks- I am aware both the generator and LP tank compartments should not have locking latches- but I still can't find the tank or the gauge! Its driving us crazy!

Thanks but I am still not getting an answer. We opened every compartment- outside and inside- no LP gas tank. Wondering if it was taken out and nobody mentioned it before we bought it!
And we hire a high costing "pre-purchase RV expert" too- nobody mentioned no LP gas tank! He even mentioned that the invisible LP tank was 3/4 full!! But we can't even find the gauge!!!
This is so frustrating!

Lay down.....LOOK under rig. tank will be mounted under rig.
Some are between frame rails (very few,,,,as they then require a remote fill)

Most are between frame rail and outside sidewall/skirting of rig.

Lay down and LOOK

And IF you stick to just ONE post you get better responses back & forth vs multiple posts

Then I would suggest you go to the furnace/stove, find the gas line, and trace it back to the tank! If the inspector found it, you can too! It may result in you having to crawl under the MH, but you will find it! The LP tank is not small, probably 30 gallons or so, it will be shielded from the exhaust, but if there is one, it should be easy to find! As I said in the previous post, it is mounted to the frame of the MH, so get under it and look! If you don't fit under it, get some blocks or boards, drive up on them to give you some room! Rail!

Take a picture of both sides of your MH and post them. Someone will tell you what door to look in and take a picture of that one open so we can all take a look inside.

If your stove works then you have a tank someplace.
