What's your plan? Reupholster?
Honestly, with shipping, foam, materials, fabric and labor, you'll have a lot more into it than buying new. If you can find a used one from salvage, locally and do it yourself, it's very cost effective. You can also use the old cover as a pattern and see how it's supposed to be constructed. Especially the wood arms that may not be included with a frame only. The same would be true if you have someone else do it.
I just reupholstered mine in microfiber, for about $200 in materials. It's constructed more like an auto bench seats, so about the only specialty item was hog rings and pliars.
I just looked at Shrock, theirs is constructed a lot like mine. It would be a lot of work to create from just the frame.
In progress, you can see the old material still on the arm.
