My last rig was a '02 DSDP and was never refused a stay nor asked to provide a picture. Present rig is an '09 Country Coach. I don't expect any trouble finding places to stay with it either.

My experience has been the few times I have encountered a coach age restriction it was for longer term stays. We seldom stay anywhere more than 4 days so it has never been an issue. As private parks go they are free to do pretty much what they want . I have encountered parks that don't allow children (my favorite). One we checked out in Ga was for gay men only. We stayed at one campground some years ago in Va that wouldn't extend our weekend stay into Monday because we refused to participate in their Sunday worship services.

I actually like that they are able to set their own rules. No government intrusion telling they must serve everyone. If I like their rules I stop in if not I move on, what could be simplier?

July 2018, Las Vegas Motor Coach Resort said they “could not accommodate” us due to their 10 year rule.

Conversely, at a park in Texas....
The owner told a camper and would-be workamper to come on in. The manager wasn't consulted.
The camper came in. She had a large black tarp across the drivers side and a window-shaker in back. She used a hand mirror to back in. That big Ford 460 was doing its best on about three cylinders.
She was going to work in the office, welcoming customers. Not really meaning to be disparaging because she was actually really nice, more than two teeth would have been more welcoming. So she went to housekeeping.
The owner's wife found her snoring in one of the cabins.
I happened to be in the office when she left. All of us were silently praying that her engine didn't quit _inside the gate._
All of a sudden there was a 10-year or equivalant rule.

They've had the 10 yr restriction for a while but have been flexible pending putting eyes on the rig. I stayed there this past January and my coach is 24 years old. My MH is in great shape but much less upscale than yours. Looking around their park there were plenty of really nice and new coaches but a fair percentage more like mine.

^^^. I had thought they dropped their 10 yr rule. We stay there all the time in our 02. I always see rigs over 10 there.

Well, I guess we wouldn't be allowed in with our "crappy looking" 30 year old camper.

The easiest way to keep from being denied entry is to book into a state, federal, or COE park. They are non discriminating.

Having business rules is not discrimination.

May not have been the 10 years that got him. That thing is BIG, maybe it wouldn't fit in any of their sites!

So long as those business rules are not unlawful discrimination.
