Windshield trouble

Hi all. I have a 1991 Overland (Mallard) Discovery 38 ft that I recently acquired. Going through a pretty significant list of restoration projects that I will post progress on as I go. The first is to reset the windshields that have sagged in the rubber gasket to a point of being ready to fall out. I have done some of this kind of glass work myself, but thought I better see if there are experiences here that I can get some tips from. I will need to install some retainer clips after installation of new rubber and reset glass to assure the windshields cannot sag or fall forward again. Has anyone see this done?
