wreckenman 85 hr imperial 33 celing

I been noticeing that my celing is starting to sag by the popup vent in middle. no sign of water damage. how can i fix this....help

If you can gain some access around the VENT you can spray some of that "3M" (real sticky) stuff and with a small roller press it down..
