Bonnie Jenkins AKA: Kanyonkity

After an almost two year battle with cancer, my wife Bonnie went to be with the lord yesterday. She loved the RV lifestyle and was always ready for a "Mod" We did not spend too much time on this forum, so I know she is not very well-known here. We've spent the better part of this year, fighting her cancer and that did not allow us nearly enough time online. I was, however, blessed to spend a great amount of time with her though. The cancer brought us closer together and there isn't anything I would not have done for her. We were married on August 18th, 2012 and she was my beautiful bride.

I love that woman with all my heart and I know it will be very hard to tow the camper, without her in the passenger seat. She always loved her Sunlines and has been referred to, as the "First Lady" of Sunline.

Reserve us a great site and I'll come camping with you for a few thousand years, sweetheart... I love you Bonnie!

My condolences go to you and your family. I lost my dearest life-long friend to pancreatic cancer two years ago -- she passed six months after diagnosis. Still hurts, always will. But friends & family can help get things "going" again. Ask for help or assistance if you need it. Don't hesitate to talk things out or seek support.

The picture of Kathy is beautiful; thanks for sharing it. Will send good thoughts your way. Best wishes.

I too am very sorry for the loss of your beautiful bride and friend. I lost my wife a year ago this Thanksgiving so I can relate. Hang onto the memories you created together, it will get easier with time.

This news truly saddens me. We met your wife at a Sunline rally in PA a few years back and also knew her from the Sunline Forum. I would always read her posts when I saw them on these RV forums. May she rest in peace forever......

The holidays must be very difficult for you this year EMD Driver. May god wrap His love around you. She was indeed a lovely bride. It's easy to see why you love her so. Blessings to you.
