Don't think they have a website. I picked them out of the Passport America directory because they were half way between places we had reservations for. You could look them up on www.campsave50percent.com for the details. We spent the first week of March 06 there. Wauchula is on Hwy 17, 30 miles west of Sebring, kind of west of centre. We didn't take any pictures but I'm sure they would send you a brochure.

Mornign Brad, there are lots of CG's that are reasonably priced. Once you get further away from the gulf side or Atlantic side into the middle area the prices/month decrease. Also the further south of the Orlando area you go it is warmer and cheaper. We like the Sebring area there are lots of CG's in the area with a wide range of prices depending on what amnenities you need/want. Some are below $400.00/month right on up to ??? You get better rates if you book 3 months or more at one place.

Thanks Novi, I would have thought the farther south, the warmer, and More Expensive.
I just heard back from a place in Panama City Beach. Rates are 664.34 mth/for three months.
I was told by a friend, this area is cold compared to farther down south.
Will try areas more south..I think...

Thanks paulmarg...still looking for Eustis Fla. Will check into it when I find Southern Palms. Rates seem fair enough.

Wondering if you found a reasonable place in Florida for the coming winter...
We reserved at Southern Palms in Eustis for period Dec 1st to Apr 1st...We would love the month of Nov. in Myrtle Beach...still doing research there on prices...Yikes!

Hello, paulmarg... Waiting to here back from Southern Palms.
Trying to get in from Dec.1/06-Mar1/07, then head home slowly via..Myrtle Beach, Virginia Beach.....and hope we don't hit snow along the way.

Hi:
If you don't have the direct number for Southern Palms,It is 352-357-8882
I called direct so I could specify a site in the Sun section as I was advised....We thought the rate for four months is fantastic...And includes electric and cable...$ !.785 Wow!
