To the OP: As another poster staed do not listen to the naysayers. One particular poster keeps spouting the same incorrect information. You will have ZERO problems importing or registering your unit. One has to be cautious in these discussions as some dealers or agents thereof post false information. They are simply doing a CYA. Hundreds of RV dealers go to the US and import used RV's!

I for one keep posting links to Government websites showing what the various LAWS are that cover this section. To date NOBODY has posted anything but hearsay and personal opinions to discredit what I've posted.

There have been several folks post totally unrelated items then try to spin them to say what they WANT them to say, as in the case of the link to drivers license requirements taken out of context to try to say it authorized something it didn't.

Yes dealers (I am NOT one, nor am I even related to one in any way, shape or form, I don't even use a dealer, I do all my own work) import units from the US, I did too, but the units are then inspected and certified as CSA Z-240 compliant as the law required.

If you're referring to me could you please be so kind as to point which "incorrect information" I've posted and the backup data by which you assert it's incorrect?

On several occasions you've asked me to do so, and in each instance I've done so with zero acknowledgement from you.

If you're only going to snipe at me and troll my posts without offering any evidence or backup, just your own opinion that's not adding anything to the discussion.
