Just back from Algonquin Park today. Fall colours have started there. Starting to look like autumn.... don't like whats to follow though!!!! Ugh
P.S. Due to low rain fall and limited amounts of natural food, bears in the Park are becoming a problem. Last week bears were in campsites at Mew Lake, looking for food....Yikes!!!

Brad, You just have to play with whatever the seasons have to offer.

Fall colours have started to be in my neighborhood. The peak is often between the last week of September and Thanksgiving. We have the best fall colours of this island on the West Coast.

Great time for camping and hiking. Snakes have gone to sleep, tourists only come out on weekends....hey picture this one....a campfire and a pair of roadrunners each with their own blanket and a bottle of Porto and a piece of blue cheese the size of a car battery! Ah man..!!

I do really like the Fall. Colors are awesome, bugs are gone and most of the Great Northern Loudmouths have left. Just mentioned to Mrs.Brad...I think I'll bring out the paint brushes and paints again.

Fall has been our personal favourite time to travel and camp for many years. Doing a fall colour tour in the new England states is breath taking.
