Let's see posted at 5:51 NDT, that's 4:21 EDT. Early, early bird. Do you get up that early when camping, Brad? That's up before the birds.
Well, with a little bit of luck I will get out one more time. Then there are 3 weekends when I work 7 day weeks. & the TC has to come off so I can use the truck for a fund raiser. If I really get the want, I can put it back on easily enough until it gets snowed in. I might. It's well enough insulated.

One of those weekends is driving about 700 k, next one is touring visiting person, next one is the real work, the fund raiser. These things happen every year But usually, it's not 1, 2, 3 like this. I'll get it back.
But it's not camping, it's not other fall things, my equivalent of deere season.

I'm here Jim.  I'll be gone next weekend, then time to get out the "pink stuff" I guess. It has been quiet most of the summer. Maybe there will be more "action" round here when every one is done for the winter. Will have to start offering door prizes to get people back-in again.

actually, my trailer is out right now.
Just not with me 
Yesterday I dragged it and a friend dragged theirs to a campground so our wives and thier friends could have a "girls weekend" 
So, its fall camping, just not me.
we have some fishing trips planned for Nov(I am away all Oct), and storm watching in Jan.

Well, the plan was to abandon them there so they couldn't drive to the nearest mall or casino.
But, my buddy wimped out and left his truck with his wife and caught a ride back with me. I pick him up tomorrow morning to go get them.
My wife was perfectly happy to be left to sit around the pool/hottub all day.

just got back last night from 3 weeks camping.
weather was excellent, but already dropping below freezing in northern BC.
fishing was also excellent.
hope to head out again in 2 weeks.

Hey rockman, that sounds just great to me. No bugs, no high heat, and the fishing is good. Sounds like my kind of camping. What fish do you go for there ? Salmon.
