Favorite restaurants in Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper?

We will be visiting this September for the first time and will want to try a few restaurants. We love most foods, however I strive to be Vegan and my husband will eat most anything. I love good wine and coffee.

We tend to like more casual, not so much "fancy" or very expensive.
What are your "not to be missed" food establishments in Banff and Jasper National Parks?

Thanks!!!

Good food is subjective but from my experience there are a lot of good restaurants to choose from. They are also somewhat pricey considering they are located in major national parks. Reservations are certainly recommended as they can be full most hours of the day.

Jasper Pizza is always good. It’s right by the train station, across the street.

It won't be busy in September after labour day, most tourists are gone. Don't have a favorite but they are expensive. Jasper less busy
