Burned off a week of holidays last week, didn't do much, just finished unpacking the last of the boxes from last summers move.

Have a fair bit of the summer already planned. Due to a wedding frenzy, we have to fly back to BC for 2. So, 1/2 the summer plans are taken there, but we are making our PEI trip plans for the rest of the holidays.

I have most of the ideas together, but just need to look at where to stay - ie- pick one central spot or move the trailer every 3-4 days to a different spot. Haven't decided yet.

Morning Kid...<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content"> pick one central spot or move the trailer every 3-4 days to a different spot. Haven't decided yet. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

If you deside to move around a bit, there is a nice provincial park( with full hook-ups...Yes thats correct) at Souris at the east end of the island. Not much to do there 'sept relax, enjoy the ocean scenery, and hopefully enjoy the sun. Cavindish is central with a nice large KOA near by. Little pricey, but close to everything. Then, the rest of the province is littered with nice parks. Good Luck

My biggest comment re. PEI is that there is much more to that island than beaches. My favourite cgs. are provincial ones. Yes, they have services, but often those are out in open fields.

Now, I don't think this applies, but the definition of senior starts @ 60 and seniors get a discount.

Also, big time, must do. Charlottetown Farmer's Market. http://www.gov.pe.ca/infoipe/index.p...r=64702&lang=E
Saturday is the best day. Go with almost empty fridge and almost empty tummy and fat wallet. There may be some with electrical connections, but not many. Lot's of specialty foods (rasberries with Jersey cream) and excellent groceries, crafts, locally produced items. Love it. & it's probably getting more costly because I keep mentioning it.
