Ah, but dontcha know that when you grow your own, you pick when they are how
you like it!!!! Especially peas, peas picked commercially are old and tough. Peas cooked just right are still bright green. & oh, the taste. You can't buy peas they way they taste when you grow and pick just right.
You can't buy summer squash ....

Onion, pepper, carrot, zucchini, mushroom. Dice to 1/2"-1" size. put a wee bit of olive oil in a bowl, toss to cover all. A wee bit of olive oil on your oval cast iron sizzle server pan. Fingers spread more easily and thingly than a brush, IMO. Top with 10 or so diced pieces of tomato. 18-20 minutes @ 350 in the middle of your oven. 1 sizzle server per person.
