Seems to be a good Class A "starter," not TOO large, but with some "nice" features..

The rear deck IS a big plus, not seen on very many rigs. Could it be used while enroute?

I think Granny would like that but you would have to tie down the rocking chair so it could rock without shifting too much. A rope belt to keep her in the chair would be nice too. No safety rail as that would block the view.

Jethro's got some more work to do!

Doc....There is a good deal of deck space which can be used to haul the "toad"......

I'll guess this is a class C 5th wheel. Or possibly a 5th wheel pusher.
