Looks like the January thaw is set for next week. Supposed to be going up to 10-12C.

Hey All....Weather here in Waco TX, just dandy. Sunny today 71-73F. headin for our "winter" home in Canyon City tomorrow. Visited Willie Nelson's Road House (under construction) north of Abbot TX. First building that will eventually lead to a "Branson" type entertainment venue. ...Brad

Well we had to make a slight amendment to our travel plans. We are still here at home until later this week. The weather is 15.5C in Windsor area and around 14C in London. All snow is gone, light rain and not cold. That will last until the end of the week. Then temps drop to near 0C with light snow possible. But your weather is much more desireable, enjoy it.

Thanks John. We did make it with no problems. The new wheels working just great, and the power is unbelievable. I don't think "she" knows there's a 30 foot trailer following her.

Brad; That's horse power.Just keep a close eye on the pump when You fuel.I seen a Guy last year fillup with gas on the way home $350.for the tow and tank flush He seen His mistake before He fired the truck up....Lucky or Motor job.He lost 3 hours in time. There was a Toy Box 5er recked his roof also that night the clearence was 10'8' if I remember but His was higher. He was on the Trace in Mississippi last campground the only one with a gas station.I watch the US stations some are duel pumps and a mistake is easy to have happen. What MPG did You get?John

I hear ya there. Most gas pump handles are black. Diesel usually green but I have seen yellow. One station I stopped at had "yellow" for gas. There was "green" for diesel but at a seperate pump, away from the others. One REALLY has to watch and for those exact reasons.
If my calculations are correct, I'm using 15L/100kms, so thats about 15mi/gal. Metric...sheesh! still baffels me. Will switch over to miles rather than metric for a more accurate calculation.
