Hi, Has anyone seen a crankup satellite dish for my RV that has been converted to use a Star Choice dish? I know about the $2600.00 automatic one from Explorer. But didn't want to spend that much. also know Bell can be used with the Winegard one but don't want Bell for many reasons. Could you or has anyone converted the Bell compatable one to use a SC dish. SC does use skew on HD but if I just want reg TV skew becomes a non issue.

Bushman....I believe the Winegard should work for Bev and Dish but will not for S Choice as they use a different LNB . If you have an old Bev or dish receiver it should help with the aiming. Also if by chance there is a switch over btwn antenna and sat feed make sure the antenna amp is OFF as it can mess up the signal (with campground cable too) . Also there is likely an internal 13V or 18V switch in the Winegard and your sat box needs to be set up with the switch type and settings or you will get no signal.
It can be frustrating!!!
