Is anyone familiar with Stones superior in New Glasgow, NS?
On my 2 month enjoyable trip through Atlantic Canada I had my Shurflo 5.7 pump quit. Stones was nearby and I rushed over to pick up a new one. They wouldn't consider a warranty swap(the pump was 1yr old), so I paid $360 CDN and left.I got to the ferry for PEI, opened the box and found a used pump with no Literature and no fittings.I installed the pump at Charlletetown and it was bad also.
Whats the chance of getting my money back?

Hello hogbreth, Thats some jam You seem to be in.Hopefully Stones RV will make it right, without a song and dance.
Maybe if they know your problem is being discussed on the iRV2 web site they will do the right thing, rather than receive negative feed-back.
Also a few well placed words to the powers that be at RVDA will draw some attention to your problem. Approach Stones RV first.. then go from there. My guess is they will fix it.
Good Luck!
....Brad
