Hi, we would like to do some dry camping in the Clint Wells area over the 4th. We know of a few places that we could fit a 39 ft MH down some fire roads but wondered if anyone had suggestions.
We do not want a campground as we want the dogs to be able to run, play and hike without restrictions. Plus in the mood to "get away from it all"

Thanks in advance! Stay cool!

Not sure if you have seen it but the forest service opened the burn area of the Rodeo Chediski to camping for the first time in 6 years. Lots of great spots easy access. I know it's not Clint Wells area but might not be as busy given a holiday and high valley temps !!!!

Wavemaker and Chicken legs,

Thank you for the recommendations. One of our patients owns land off Stoneman Lake road--200 + acres and she has offered it to us for the weekend. So private fenced land about 1/2 mile off the road! Good driveway as they fly their Sessna in for weekends!

Enjoy the long weekend--we will . I'm going up on Tuesday with 2 of the mastiffs and Jeffrey will come up on Thursday with the other 2. Nice LONG weekend.

Stay cool.
Karen
